Why do you believe it’s so important not to be afraid of new opportunities?
I don’t believe that courageous people are fearless. I believe they simply refuse to let fear make decisions for them.
The most significant changes in my life have always started with stepping into the unknown. Moving to another country, changing careers, meeting new people—it was all intimidating at first. But every one of those decisions opened doors to opportunities I never even knew existed.
New opportunities rarely arrive when we feel completely ready. Sometimes, the only thing we need is the courage to take the first step.
Success That Inspires Others
Today, Antonina successfully balances several roles. She creates products used by thousands of people every day, continues to grow as a model, and, most importantly, hopes to inspire her children through her own example.
What motivates you the most today?
My greatest motivation is knowing that my decisions create opportunities not only for myself but also for others.
As a Product Manager, I love building products that people genuinely use and benefit from every day. As a model, I hope to inspire women around the world to express themselves freely, embrace their individuality, and celebrate their unique beauty.
And as a mother, I want my children to see that it’s never too late to start over. You can change careers, move to another country, pursue new dreams, and still continue moving forward with confidence.
Where Logic Meets Creativity
Modern society often encourages people to choose a single path. Antonina believes the opposite—that logic and creativity can coexist and make each other stronger.
What goals are you hoping to achieve over the next few years?
Professionally, I want to continue growing as a product leader and create products that truly make people’s lives better.
At the same time, I want to keep developing the creative side of my life. Modeling, photography, visual storytelling, and content creation allow me to express a different part of who I am.
I genuinely believe that today we don’t have to choose between logic and creativity. They complement one another, and together they create even greater opportunities.
And, of course, my biggest personal goal is for my family to feel truly at home wherever we continue building our new life.
